Personal Care Attendant
Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendants to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. This role assists clients with activities of daily living while promoting their safety, independence, comfort and overall well-being.
Personal Care Attendants provide personalized care based on each client’s service plan and help ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
- Provide assistance with transfers, mobility and ambulation
- Assist with meal preparation, eating and grocery shopping
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and other approved activities
- Provide companionship, supervision, monitoring and redirection as needed.
- Assist with light housekeeping and other household tasks outlined in the client’s service plan
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition, behavior or needs
- Complete required visit, time and service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients, families, agency staff and community partners.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to provide personal care services in accordance with the client’s service plan
- Must meet all training requirements in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrate compassion, dependability, professionalism and respect when working with clients and families
- Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to client needs
Homemaker
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Homemakers to help elderly clients maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment. This role supports clients with everyday household tasks that may be difficult for them to complete independently, helping them remain comfortable and independent in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide light housekeeping, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and wiping surfaces
- Clean bedrooms, living rooms and other areas regularly used by the client
- Wash dishes and maintain clean kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with meal preparation
- Provide laundry and linen services, including washing, folding and changing bed linens
- Make beds and help maintain an organized living environment
- Run approved errands, including grocery shopping, meal pickups, post office visits and other essential needs
- Complete required visit, time and service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements
- Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients, families, agency staff and community partners
- Participate in required training and continuing education
- Perform other duties as assigned
